Training secrets ... as simple as...

There are no training secrets.... just good training ethics...   

We use stadia and non-stadia workouts. Stadia workouts are generally performed on a 400 meter track in separate intervals that combine fast running with slow recovery jogging or walk. The idea is to train our body to run fast (with the appropriate leg turnover needed ) and condition the mind to concentrate during strenuous running. Non Stadia involves Long runs, Fartlek, Hills, beach running etc.

 

In both types of workouts we follow a basic routine that involves 

  • a warm up,
  • stretching,
  • run-thrus (mini sprints),
  • specific drills and techniques,
  • "running" sessions,
  • and warm down...
